Our next weekly LQS meeting is at 2 PM Eastern time Thursday, September 16.  
We'll take round-table reports and discuss a topic that was motivated by
last week's paper--Allan variance, a measure of the frequency stability of

    everyone remaining on the line will be disconnected.
