FYI, Michael Ernst had asked us to confirm the correctness of the HEPspec06 based accounting data. I don't think there is an easy way to do so since our internal account data: http://wt2.slac.stanford.edu/images/PandaUsage201009.gif are base on SLAC cpu factors, which is defined based on Ksi2k. So I will have to tell Michael that those # are correct. However, we do know that our OSG GIP reporting still includes the retired don and cob clusters (along with boer/bali and fell clusters)and missing latest the hequ cluster. This will bring the average CPU benchmark at SLAC lower than it should be.
