FYI, US ATLAS suspects that most of these usage numbers are over estimated by a large margin (because we don't have the resource to delivery so much). I spent last week investigating this discrepancy. It has something to do with SpecInt2K to HS06 conversion (one should measured HS06, not converting from SI2K by 4x factor). As a result, SLAC's #s were over estimated by ~30% for the last five months.
