Dear HPS Software, The results of our meeting times poll can be seen at: http://whenisgood.net/hpssoftware/results/are2ar I have not yet heard from Jeremy or Norman, but so far the time with largest availability is Thursday 3PM EST, noon PST, when only Richard cannot make the time. The next best time is Friday 1PM EST, 10AM PST, but here it seems all Jlab people (Stepan, Maurizio, Vardan) have a conflict. So, since we will be in a situation where some people get inconvenienced one way or another, I think we should all go over one more iteration of the scheduling. I added some additional, less ideal times and hopefully we either can find a time where everyone can make it, or we find two separate times and alternate.
