In XrdSecgsi, add option to have Entity.name filled with the plain DN - instead of
the DN hash - when no mapping is requested or found. The 'gmapopt' switch can have
now two additional values:
10 don't use mapping (and fill Entity.Name with the DN name)
11 use mapping if available (gridmap file or via plugin); otherwise
as 10
This option is needed by the ALICE api service.
