Details:
We have seen cases where the total number of read requests that is returned
by querying the xrootd protocol stats is negative.
For example:
% xrd <xrdsrv> query 1 p
returns: ....<rd>-673772926</rd>.....
The server was running for less than five month when the counter rolled over.
The counter is an int and maybe should be changed to
long long.
