Follow-up Comment #1, bug #83774 (project xrootd):
SSL is going to be removed soon, better do your tests against pcapiserv03.
But for completeness, this is a static plugin initialization function. This
plugin is loaded once and never removed from the executable.
The others look normal to me, physical connections are seperated from logical
once, so XrdClient objects don't remove the physical connections which are
held by a global singleton (connection manager).
