Details:

Hello

In addition to storing the checksum in the extended attributes for a file
on a data server. In order to help system administrators, it is important to
store the user name of the "person" who initiated the write into the xrootd
system. Otherwise it is very hard (impossible with log rotation) to determine
who requested that a file be copied into an xrootd storage server

Thanks,

Doug B
