build.log = output of the rpmbuild process
root.log = listing of the bootstrap (tells you all the dependent RPMs that
got pulled in).
@Doug: probably worth it to check out the plugin Lukasz cites, although
Lukasz doesn't appear to have updated it for GT 5.2 :)
