Follow-up Comment #16, bug #86984 (project xrootd):
Yes, libraries and loading path are fine. If you say LD_DEBUG=bindings you
can see that everything gets bound properly with the right paths. What
happens is: XrdPosix_Opendir fails and sets errno to ELIBACC.
