Details:


Xrootd will set the XrdFrm.Cpy extended file attribute if a file is staged if
the space is read-only or not-migratable.

For example if a space is marked as:
  r/o  nocheck nodread nomig norcreate nopurge stage xattr
staging a file will set the XrdFrm.Cpy xattr. If on the other hand xattr is
not used (oss.runmodeold) no lock file is created. 


Also if the space is r/w (but nomigr):
  r/w  nocheck nodread nomig norcreate nopurge stage xattr
Staging a file will set XrdFrm.Cpy. However if a file is written to this
space with xrdcp the XrdFrm.Cpy xattr is not set.
