Hi Doug,

   well, there is clearly a need to have something like pre-releases,
I will think of it for the next time. For now you can just take these
RPMs: https://teamcity-dss.cern.ch:8443/repository/downloadAll/bt45/13107:id/artifacts.zip
They should be pretty close to what will become the release candidate
next week and eventually the release.
