Dear Colleagues, Congressman Rush Holt has published an editorial in Science decrying the expected cuts to basic R&D resulting from the Budget Control Act of 2011. Former Assistant Director of the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, Congressman Holt is the only PhD physicist in Congress.
