Dear colleagues,

2012 will be a milestone year for high energy physics and the linear collider community. The ILC accelerator Technical Design Report will be completed at the end of 2012 along with Detector Baseline Design (DBD) reports. The CLIC project will have achieved significant progress, including completion of the Conceptual Design Report. The LHC experiments anticipate significant advances in searches for the Higgs boson and supersymmetic particles as they finish the successful 7 TeV run.

The International Workshop on Future Linear Colliders (LCWS) for this milestone year 2012 will be held at the University of Texas at Arlington in the US during the week of October 22-26, 2012. The conference web site is being prepared and will be announced shortly. In the meantime, please mark these conference dates on your calendar.

We hope to see you in Arlington, Texas, USA, in 2012!

Best regards,
Jim Brau, Juan Fuster, Mike Harrison, Steinar Stapnes, Andy White, Hitoshi Yamamoto, Jae Yu

PS - The LCWS dates are convenient for those wishing to also participate in the Linear Collider Forum planned during the IEEE NSS 2012 in Anaheim on October 29-30, 2012.
