But what if two xrootd instances are running at the same machine? Or, even
better, there is one already present and another one comes up later? I can
not tell if this is the same "logical" instance being restarted or another
server that will be doing something else just came up.
I actually use triplet (ip4_addr, start_time, port) to uniquely identify
servers as I was expecting that if two servers are started from init.d script
they would similar, if not the same start times.
