- Relocate the initialization of the trace object so that it can be
used during protocol initialization (in XrdSecProtocolgsiInit) to
notify possible unknown options/switches ;
- Print a summary (always for servers; only in debug mode for clients)
of the initiatlization options at the end of XrdSecProtocolgsiInit .
- Fix typos in comments here and there.
