First version of CLIC_ILD_CDR based on CLIC_SiD_CDR.
Replaced all tracking detectors with TPC + simple cylindrical/disk silicon trackers
In general dimensions are at correct ILD values.
Some more work is required for:
- TPC material
- Planar trackers
- Beam pipe and forward region
- ECal material
- Solenoid material
- Yoke material
