Hello everyone, I have fixed the problems with TeamCity, the issue was that the slc-6-x86_64 mock configuration was blocking installation of 32bit packages and gcc 4.4.6 on SLC6 64bits requires a 32bit libgcc. I have taken this opportunity to bump all the build software to the newest versions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
