Hi,
I have made several mods to this into the HEAD.
The new default is that only the CA and CRL for the authority issuing the
server certificate are initialized at startup and that there is no attempt to
download the CRL from the web.
(Download can be enabled, if wanted; the doc is being updated).
Also, I have added an automatic refresh of the CRL after some time (default 1
day).
Let me know if this improves the situation.
