In order to register as an individual you need to state the team name, so we
have to pick one. Another choice - not as entertaining as the others
LAWS = Loosely Affiliated With Stanford which of course would make team
members Lawmen and the team captain the Sheriff.

in Senior Games Soccer Team (over 50). We already have 10 people interested in

Dear Senior Games Athletes & Friends,
Happy New Year. A reminder for you to Register online for the 2012 Bay Area
Senior Games- California State Championships coming up March 9- April 7 at
Stanford University and other Venues. This year is a Qualifying year for the
2013 Summer National Senior Games in Cleveland. We look forward to many
California athletes qualifying to go on to the National Games.
Please register for your sport TODAY at www.bayareaseniorgames.org. (Click
on the Red Button on the home page which will take you to the registration
site). All athlete registration will be online and for those team sports there
is no team fee however, each athlete must register online and note your team
name. Team captains please register first and add your team name to the online
registration for your team members to locate on the team name drop down menu.
You will find more Specific sports information on the website under the blue
Sports Tab and your sport name icon. Preliminary Schedules of events, are posted
and may be subject to change.
We are kicking off the California Senior Games this year with a Solar Torch
Relay and a Pasta Feed at Stanford University Pac 12 Plaza on Friday, March 9th
at 5pm. Sign up today to join us for the Pasta Feed for only $15 per person.
Your friends & Family are welcome to join you at the Pasta Feed event just add
them to your registration information.
Attached here is the Formal Registration information for you to download for
reference. It is also posted on our website at www.bayareaseniorgames.org.
Please note that any 'snail mail' registrations have a $15 additional fee and
deadline of Feb. 27th. If you need help with your online registration we will
host an evening registration session at the Sunnyvale Sports Basement Store on
February 1st from
5:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Final deadline for Online registration is February 29th.
Thank you all for your support of the Senior Games. We look forward to the
competitions and please tell your Friends & teammates to register as soon as
possible and spread the word.
