Follow-up Comment #6, bug #91844 (project xrootd):
Sorry about not being complete here. ince you are running it by hand it
doesn't know what configuration file to use. So, you would need to add '-c
configfile' to the command line. Normally, the XrdCnsd uses the same config
file that the xrootd used.
