Your latest log still shows the same problem:
Unable to connect socket to
tditaller025.pic.es; connection refused
Why isn't the cmsd running at tditaller025.pic.es at port 3122? Without it
there the system will continue stalling the client. It's not that xrootd is
hung. In fact it is not. It's just that it can't do anything useful without a
cmsd running where you told it it would be.
