Follow-up Comment #11, bug #91957 (project xrootd):
I see that if I define the server as manager (all.role manager)
, xrdcp does not work even if it is a local file.
Instead if I define the server as "server" (all.role server), xrdcp works but
just for local files and not for files using root.
Should I define my server as "server" or "manager"? How can I make it work
for root files?
