Follow-up Comment #10, bug #92101 (project xrootd): The core is again showing some weird things: one of the thread being in fork (?!?), others referencing invalid memory. This would suggest either random memory corruptions (could you try with valgrind?), binaries being different than the reference, or using LD_PRELOAD. In any case we cannot wait with the release any longer.
