Details:
I setup xrootd.redirect remote_host:1094 ? /, hopping that it will redirect
missing file to remote_host. However, since I have a N2N module, in cases the
N2N module can't make a mapping, redirection also doesn't happen. This is
3.2.0rc1
Another minor issue: if port is not specified in xrootd.redirect, xrootd
won't start.
