Details:
xrootd-alicetokenacc-1.2.0 sets the crypto library threading callbacks for ID
and the mutex pool. However the pool of XrdSysMutex* in CryptoMutexPool[] are
apparently never created; locks are disabled. In an environment with
concurrent crypto library calls an xrootd process which has the authlib
configured eventually crashes, e.g. in crypto routines called for Xrdsecgsi.
