Details:

Hi All,

i installed xrootd 3.2.0 and when running server with config specified
bellow, xrdstagetools hangs and it doesn't give me answer that file was
downloaded. When i run xrdstagetools again it will answer me that file is
there.

same config file is working FINE in 3.1.1
