Follow-up Comment #4, bug #94002 (project xrootd):
Yes, there appears to be a regression in 3.2.0 relative to 3.1.1. We are
investigating where this came from. However, the regression prevents the frm
from telling xrootd that the file has been staged and this causes
xrdstagetool to just wait (i.e. hang).
