Hi Jeremy,

It would be nice to have the offline reconstruction .lcsim included. I'm having 
a problem with it which I think I'll be able to resolve tonight. If not, I'm 
sure that with your or Omar's help it can be resolved in a few minutes.
If you wish, I can commit what I currently have since that shouldn't break the 
release.
