Hello Maurik,

Pedestals were not subtracted during the readout. Pedestals
must be subtracted in offline analysis. Number of samples
that must be subtracted is 35, 5 readouts before the threshold
cross sing and 30 after.

As for definitions, I hope Sergei can explain.
