Oh, yes. We all know that 3.2.1 is fully ABI compatible with what is in EPEL now. So, having the DPM folks ask for the new version should not be an issue. In fact, 3.2.2 which fixes the frm problem will be, for all practical purposes, ABI compatible as well. Hey, even the versioning stuff was made to be ABI compatible w.r.t. to the published interfaces. This is where I think EPEL is taking a much too conservative stance and we haven't made it clear for which interfaces we provide ABI compatibility gaurantees.
