Ron,
good and timely idea. I am wondering if we should not include into the list of topics to discuss/evaluate two circular machines at 250 GeV, one muon and one electron based. This kind of options are likely to surface at Snowmass and more work is done in a coherent fashion - more useful the discussions at Snowmass will be.
