Hey,

I see a new feature now where it crashes after running through all MC events in a evio file. It happens for an old evio and new evio (as of yesterday).

After starting "normally" it ends with:

>> Event 2146
No trigger bank found
>> Event 2147
Last physics event time: 0 - Wed Dec 31 16:00:00 PST 1969
Opening file /Users/phansson/work/HPS/software/reco/hps-java/src/main/resources/org/lcsim/hps/steering/MultScatAna.lcsim
ERROR reread magic # (1865298807) & still not right
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Failed reading first event
	at org.lcsim.hps.evio.TestRunEvioToLcio.main(TestRunEvioToLcio.java:183)

Caused by: org.jlab.coda.jevio.EvioException: Failed reading block header in nextEvent.

Not sure what this means. It looks like it's failing on reading next header but should it given that it's the last event? Also there is reference to a "magic #".

You can try it by (updating to cvs head) and running :

java -cp ../hps-java/target/hps-java-1.2-SNAPSHOT-bin.jar org.lcsim.hps.evio.TestRunEvioToLcio ../data/mc/egs_5.5gev_0.016x0_500mb_90na_HPS-TestRun-v2/egs_5.5gev_0.016x0_500mb_90na_02_HPS-TestRun-v2_filtered250.evio /Users/phansson/work/HPS/software/reco/hps-java/src/main/resources/org/lcsim/hps/steering/MultScatAna.lcsim

where the mc file can be found at:
/nfs/slac/g/hps/hps_data/evio/testrun/simulation/egs_5.5gev_0.016x0_500mb_90na_HPS-TestRun-v2

Any ideas on what changed?
