Hello HPS Software,

Kyle is trying to subscribe to the software list. It seems to be a different system from when I last subscribed. The answer he gets is:

It said:

SUBSCRIBE HPS-SOFTWARE Kyle McCarty
Your system is outside this LISTSERV's service area for the HPS-SOFTWARE
list. Your subscription request has  been denied. Contact the list owner
([log in to unmask]) for more information.

Do you know what that means?

Does anyone know what that means? Can he not use gmail for this list?
