Probably the same issue as #97585 ? Xrootd is broken with OpenSSL 1.0.
FWIW - xrdgsiproxy does not generate a valid proxy. Well, other pieces of
software tend to not recognize the resulting proxy. AFAICT, it's some
bastardized version of the pre-RFC format.
