posterity)
XrdOssApi.hh is now part of the private API. Hence, there's no good way to
instantiate an XrdOssSys object.
One way to handle this is to provide a factory function in something like
XrdOss.hh. Another way would be to export a XrdOssGetStorageSystem function
in libXrdOfs.so. Maybe both?
