Follow-up Comment #4, bug #97560 (project xrootd): Hi Andreas, No the fix is correct. The client returns a 0 on EOF *or* error. The Fault() method then determines which of the two it was and either returns a 0 or an error. The problem with fuse may be that your fuse is using a Posix library that doesn't have the fix. When Victor checked the stand-alone Posix package, it correctly worked.
