Follow-up Comment #2, sr #132506 (project xrootd): thanks a lot, I got a working system. One small question, though: I see that in case of failed stage-in (for example a non existing file FILE), a FILE.fail is created and there it stays (is it created by frm or by the xrdcp I use to transfer the file?) My question is: if such a FILE appears later on the redirector, the local system does not seem to try and fetch it. Is a FILE.fail staying there forever? is there a way to ask the system to retry asking its upper level redirector? thanks tommaso _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.cern.ch/support/?132506> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by LCG Savannah http://savannah.cern.ch/ ######################################################################## Use REPLY-ALL to reply to list To unsubscribe from the XROOTD-DEV list, click the following link: https://listserv.slac.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=XROOTD-DEV&A=1
