Dear all,
as we have discussed at the collaboration meeting, we aim to
eventually move the xrootd repository to github, mainly in order to
benefit from their patch review tools and better visibility. I have
created an "orgranization" account for xrootd, and moved to website code
there in order to field-test things. Everything looks better and easier
to set up than I have expected. Once you have your github accounts set
up and added to the organization account nothing changes except the
commit urls.
If you'd like to make changes to the xrootd web site or just test
things please send me you github account name.
