Yup, it does, xrd_file_close_reporter_amq.C is the config macro.

Hmmh ... I planned to get to it together with processing of the f-stream and 
also do periodic updates on amount of data transferred on open files. I haven't 
been thinking about the details yet ... but it seems the time is ripe for me to 
get started so that we're ready when 3.3 is released.
