HPS-Proposal2014-v3 exists and should be used for the proposal. Described

I've moved many of the recent (made in the last couple of months) 
geometries into a sandbox, so LCIO files that rely on those detectors will 
no longer run unless you manually copy the geometries back into 
hps-detectors/detectors. This is intentional and meant to kick people off 
of those (bogus) detectors; we're not going to do this every time we make 
a new detector.
