Dear Colleagues, We think it will be useful to have a 1/2 day video conference in mid-December, in order to start planning for the February and subsequent workshops. Topics of discussion include: 1) Fast simulation frameworks for experimental sensitivity studies 2) Processes to be studied/compared across experiments/facilities 3) models of new physics affecting these processes 4) background calculations ...) other ideas We would like to propose one of the following three days December 10 December 11 December 12 for a discussion session (probably in the early afternoon Eastern time). Please enter your availability on these days at the doodle below http://doodle.com/i78qw8yhkr6r4f2s Also, if you have ideas you would like to present in this video conference, please let us know. We are eager to make this a forum for sharing ideas. thanks, Doreen, Michael and Ashutosh ----------------------------------------------------------- Ashutosh V.
