Yes .. I know :) But the discussion on github was before the discussion with Andy so I thought this will get moved. Why do you want to have it in FileSystem and not in File? This really only makes sense with an open file on a specific data-server as that's when the server actually creates the monitoring dict-id that then gets associated also with the app-info.
