Dear top quark friends,

as previously announced, we will have a top quark meeting in preparation for Snowmass 2013 on Wednesday, January 30, starting at 9am Eastern time and continuing for most of the day. This first meeting will be dedicated to presentations of summaries of top quark topics, intended to give the current state of the top quark field. These summaries will be the basis of our studies toward snowmass, and we will have time for discussion and to go over concrete projects that people can start on.
