Instrumentation Frontier Community Meeting

The Instrumentation Frontier and The DPF Coordinating Panel on Advanced
Detectors (CPAD)will hold a workshop from April 17-19, 2013 at The
University of Colorado, Boulder. This meeting will continue the process
begun at the January Argonne meeting of evaluation of the Detector R&D program
being carried out in support of the High Energy Physics science mission, to
determine if the existing program meets the science needs of the Energy,
Intensity, and Cosmic Frontiers, and to identify instrumentation opportunities
to enhance the program as an enabler of our science. This workshop is expected
to examine future physics goals and associated technical limitations and
capabilities and identify key R&D directions. Draft reports and whitepapers
for Snowmass will be discussed. A strong involvement of the three physics
frontiers is requested.
When: Wednesday, April 17 - Friday, April 19, 2013
Where: University of Colorado, Boulder
