Dear Colleagues, We have a request for you conveyed from the "Snowmass-Young" group. This is a self-organized group of HEP graduate students and postdocs. The Snowmass-Young group volunteered some effort for projects that the Snowmass working groups might need to have done. We would like to collect suitable projects within the Energy Frontier groups and pass them along to the Snowmass-Young organizers. This serves a number of goals: 1. Your projects might actually get done. 2. Young people would have a reason to attend the Snowmass pre-meetings and contribute intellectually to the Snowmass process. 3. Young people would get visibility outside their collaborations, which might otherwise be hard to come by. So, please make a list of projects suitable for HEP postdocs and graduate students, in particular, for people who are good with simulation and data analysis. These projects could be for theorists or experimenters. If you would get back to us with a first list by Friday, Feb. 15, that would be ideal. Thank you very much!
