Dear Colleagues,

I have sent the announcement below to the mailing lists of all 6 working
groups, to my theory mailing list, and to the Snowmass-Young. I encourage
you to distribute it also to your favorite correspondents.

In particular, i would appreciate it if the Experimental Contacts would send this
message to their collaboration lists.

Thank you,

Michael

Dear Colleagues:

The six Energy Frontier working groups will have a joint meeting at
Brookhaven National Laboratory on April 3 - 6. Please see the
official announcement below.

Registration for the meeting is now open at:

http://www.bnl.gov/snowmass2013/

At this site, you will find all practical details, and also a bare-bones
agenda, which will be fleshed out in the next week or so.

Please attend this meeting! If you are working on a project for Snowmass,
this meeting would be an excellent place to discuss your progress.
If you are not yet working on a project for Snowmass, this is the
place to get started. The meeting will also feature sessions of joint
interest between working groups (e.g. top + new particles,
QCD + electroweak) and what we hope will be an interesting
panel discussion.

If you would like to give a talk at the meeting, I encourage you.
Please schedule it by sending email to one of the conveners of
your working group.

Chip Brock and I look forward to seeing you at Brookhaven.

Best wishes,

Michael Peskin

=============================================

As part of the Snowmass process, the High Energy Frontier working
group will hold an all hands meeting at BNL April 3-6, 2013.
All of the High Energy Frontier working groups will participate
in this meeting. The task of the High Energy Frontier working
group is to investigate the major areas of particle physics relevant
to possible high energy accelerators, to review their current state,
and to map the opportunities they provide for future discoveries.
These all hands meetings -- there will only be two -- are your best
opportunity to contribute to the study, to become engaged in projects
concerning the future of the HEP program, and provide materials
toward the conclusions of the final reports.

Registration is open at: www.bnl.gov/snowmass2013
<http://www.bnl.gov/snowmass2013>
Note that the deadline for early registration is March 15, 2013,
after which the registration fee increases.
More information about the study can be found at:
http://www.snowmass2013.org/tiki-index.php?page=Energy+Frontier

A preliminary agenda will be posted shortly.

Thank you,

Sally Dawson, Hong Ma, Howard Gordon
