                                   March 12, 2013

Dear Colleagues,

If you have not done so yet, there is still time to join the list of signatories for the completed
TDR/DBD report of the ILC. We encourage you to sign at the web page
         http://www-flc.desy.de/dbd/
The final cutoff for signing has now been extended to March 24.

The list of signatories is meant to include those who contributed to this report in any way or wish
to join the activity in the next stage, as well as those who wish to record their support for advancing
this global effort. We invite all interested physicists to look at the draft and sign the signatories list
through the web page above.

The TDR/DBD documents the R&D accomplishments of the past few years by many colleagues.
The most recent update of the physics and detector volumes is posted at:
        http://ific.uv.es/~fuster/DBD-Chapters/
This updated version of the report follows the review by the ILCSC PAC in December 2012. The DBD
will be printed soon following a final phase for a few corrections, re-formatting and this final extended signatory
period.

The DBD physics and detector volumes will form one part of the ILC Technical Design Report along
with the accelerator volumes. The entire list of signatories including both accelerator contributors and
physics/detector contributors will appear in each volume. The GDE is inviting accelerator physicists
to sign this signatory database in parallel to our call. The accelerator part of the draft TDR (parts I and II)
can be found at:
       https://forge.linearcollider.org/dist/20121210-CA-TDR1.pdf
       https://forge.linearcollider.org/dist/20121210-CA-TDR2.pdf
             Username: tdrca
             Password: tdrca2013

These accelerator versions are the snapshots that were sent to the ILCSC PAC for their technical
review in December 2012. The final published document will contain corrections and be re-formatted.

Please note that signing the TDR/DBD is not a formal commitment to construction of the
designed detectors nor exclusive support for the ILC over other collider programs.

Again, the final deadline is extended to March 24.

The DBD editing group:
Ties Behnke, James Brau, Phillip Burrows, Juan Fuster, Michael Peskin,
Marcel Stanitzki, Yasuhiro Sugimoto, Sakue Yamada, Hitoshi Yamamoto
