Dear Colleagues,

Here is a message from the Snowmass boss, Jon Rosner. Chip and I
will make a preliminary answer to this request over the weekend.

However, if you feel that there is some joint session with a group in
another Frontier that is essential, please send us a note and we will
include your request.

The discussions of

unified discussion of dark matter between collider, direct, and
        indirect searches

flavor physics implications of flavor mixing in the Snowmass BSM
        benchmark models

instrumentation and computing needs of LHC and proposed colliders

are already on our radar.

Thank you,

Michael

Dear Snowmass Conveners of groups and subgroups:

We are being asked to provide a straw-man schedule of breakout rooms for
the intermediate days (July 30 - August 4) of the Minneapolis meeting.
The University of Minnesota is asking for this by next Monday. I realize
that the time scale is very short but this is apparently based on demand
for the reserved space by the University.

Accordingly, I am asking each convener of a group or subgroup to estimate
(1) what questions are likely to be asked both within a given subgroup and
between different subgroups and frontiers, and (2) with what other
subgroups you need to meet and approximately how much space you will
require for each meeting. Even the wildest guess will be preferable to no
answer. I will collect the responses and transmit them to Dan
Cronin-Hennessy by Monday.

Regards,
Jon
