Follow-up Comment #6, bug #100735 (project xrootd):
I do not need ncurses dependency being removed. What I need is a way to tell
**xrootd** how to find ncurses headers (aka NCURSES_INCLUDE_DIR). You use
headers, which are provided by ncurses package, yet I cannot tell xrootd
CMake where to find them.
-DNCURSES_INCLUDE_DIR:PATH=${NCURSES_ROOT}/include
If I cannot provide such information, it will fail to compile. I don't wanna
put in CMake CXXFLAGS -I${NCURSES_ROOT}/include, it'a not a clean way.
(a) If libreadline depends on libncurses, that's fine.
(b) But xrootd itself also depends on ncurses and it's headers.
